The annual Kathina robe-offering ceremony (Kathina Chibor Dan) will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at Bangladesh Buddhist Vihara of New York. Venerable Pannadepa Mahathero will be the chief Dhamma speaker. After the rains retreat, lay supporters offer robes and requisites to the Sangha, continuing a tradition that dates back to the time of the Buddha. All are welcome to join this meritorious occasion.
